Grace
The Groooming Room Manager/ Head Groomer.

Grace studied a National Diploma in Animal Care, at Hadlow College. Since leaving college Grace has worked in a kennels and cattery, a pet shop, and an educational farm alongside adults with learning difficulties and disabilities. In 2006 Grace started working as an Apprentice Dog Groomer. Grace completed NVQ2 & NVQ3 in Animal Care.
Grace holds a Level 2 Emergency First Aid at Work certificate.
Grace joined The Grooming Room in March 2010 and has since gained NVQ3 in Management, and is working towards NVQ5 in Management.
Grace owns a ferret, guinea pigs, gerbils, a budgie, fish and a Jack Russell cross.
Grace is a member of a community choir, and volunteers for two animal charities.
Grace says..."As The Grooming Room Manager the most enjoyable part of my job is teaching the Apprentice Groomers new skills, and watching their progression and their confidence growing."
Charlotte

Charlotte has completed a Foundation Diploma in Animal Care. Since leaving college Charlotte has worked in kennels, and a grooming parlour.
Charlotte joined The Grooming Room in June 2012 and has gained NVQ2 Diploma in Animal Care and is working towards her NVQ3 Diploma in Animal Care.
Charlotte enjoys spending time walking, grooming and showing for her own dogs; two wire haired Dachshunds. Charlotte also enjoys reading and researching to gain knowledge about dogs.
